I recently have come to appreciate Google Maps concerning research in Virginia. Simply type in a search term in the search link and see what pops up. In this example it refers to and identifies “Conjurers Neck”… give it a try…
Another example… in this case, the original location of Abraham Wood’s ‘Fort’ and later Indian Trading Post in downtown present Petersburg…
Virginia is rich in history… I have spent some pleasant hours roaming around the streets of the counties using Google “Street View”… amazing
